DHAKA, May 12, 2014 (BSS) - Internee doctors of Dhaka Medical College Hospital (DMCH) today withdrawn their indefinite strike and joined the work place after 72 hours.

The doctors announce this decision in a meeting with the State Minster for Family Welfare Jahid Maleque at DMCH here this afternoon.

They demanding immediate arrest of the attackers and protesting the assault of their three fellows on Saturday night at city's Chankharpul area.

The state minister said the miscreants would be arrest as soon as possible and brought them to under trial, adding that the law enforcers have already been asked to arrest the miscreants.

Director General of Health Dr Din Mohammad Nurul Haq and Secretary General of Bangladesh Medical Association (BMA) Iqbal Arsalan were present during the meeting.
